The Trust, known as RCI™, constitutes the Trustees and the Beneficiaries as defined within this document. The Trustees are responsible for the management and administration of the Trust assets and operations.

3. Purpose of the Trust

RCI™ is established with objectives such as Monetization, Project Funding, and Private Trade Advisory Services, among others.

4. Responsibilities of the Trustees

The Trustees commit to safeguarding the Trust's assets, acting in the best interests of the Beneficiaries, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Confidentiality

All information related to the Trust, its activities, beneficiaries, and transactions shall remain confidential unless required by law or with the express consent of the involved parties.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to the Trust shall be resolved through arbitration in Michigan, Indiana, in accordance with prevailing arbitration laws.

7. Termination

The Trust may be terminated under defined circumstances, ensuring that the interests of the Beneficiaries are prioritized.

8. Amendments

These terms may be amended with mutual consent, ensuring transparency and fairness in all changes.

9. Governing Law

The Trust shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States of America.

11. Service Agreement for Monetization, Project Funding, and Private Trade Advisory Services, among others

• Scope of Services: RCI™ Trust offers Monetization, Project Funding, and Private Trade Advisory Services, among others.
• Payment and Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• All Sales are Final: No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted for online education purchases.
• Fees and Charges: Fees for services rendered by RCI™ Trust, including but not limited to banking, consultation, compliance, advisory, and other related services, are non-refundable.
• Access and Usage: Users will receive access credentials upon purchase. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is prohibited.
• Intellectual Property: All content remains the property of RCI™ Trust.
• Limitation of Liability: RCI™ Trust is not liable for indirect damages related to the Services.
• Termination: Access may be terminated for violations of this Agreement.
• Amendments: The Agreement may be updated, and continued use implies acceptance of changes.
• Governing Law: The Agreement is governed by Indiana law.
