He develops contract management policies, processes, and templates to  standardize contract practices and improve efficiency. He manages legal disputes, claims, and litigation involving the organization, including commercial disputes, international arbitrations,  regulatory investigations, and  employment-related matters.

She initiates  initiate the rollout of new product lines, and is responsible for production, research and development, and marketing. She is the go to person in the company for all organizational , transactional and human capital requirements.
